The dizziness and drowsiness were so bad for me that I had to stop driving for a while. Make sure you're safe if you decide to stay on it.
If anyone else is experiencing strange sexual side effects, I found that switching to a different SSRI helped a lot.
Serotonin syndrome is no joke. If you experience any of those symptoms, go to the ER immediately. It's not worth risking your life.
I've been on a lower dose but have experienced some severe side effects. If you're thinking of switching or lowering your dose, talk to your doctor first.
