Dizziness and fatigue are common, but the worst part for me was the stomach discomfort. Make sure to stay hydrated and take it with food if possible.
I’ve heard some horror stories about this drug, but for me, it was manageable. Just keep in touch with your doctor and don’t hesitate to call if you notice any weird symptoms.
Be very careful with this one. I had a severe allergic reaction and ended up in the ER. It's rare, but it can happen. Symptoms came on suddenly with tightness in the chest and trouble breathing.
Take note: this drug can be dangerous for people with G6PD deficiency. Before starting, make sure you get tested for this. It's not worth the risk!
