I've been prescribed Procrit 10,000u/ml 2ml Mdv Vials and I'm curious to hear from others who have used it. I understand it helps with anemia by stimulating red blood cell production, which is great, but I'm a bit concerned about the side effects. I've read about everything from mild symptoms like headaches to serious issues like blood clots. Has anyone else had any of these side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? I'm also interested in hearing about any tips for administering the injections. My doctor didn't go into much detail, so any advice would be much appreciated.

I've been on this for years due to kidney disease. It's a lifesaver, but I'd rather not deal with the constant need to monitor my blood pressure and sugar levels. It's a trade-off, but worth it.

Be very careful with these injections. I had a bad reaction and ended up in the ER with a blood clot. It was scary, but thankfully I caught it early.

It's a bummer that this stuff comes with so many risks, but it's a game-changer for people with severe anemia. My aunt was on the verge of a transfusion, but this saved her.

I just started using it and I'm already noticing a difference in my energy levels. Fingers crossed I don't get any of the bad side effects.

Seriously, if you notice any signs of a blood clot, don't mess around. Go to the hospital. It's not worth risking your life. Also, stay hydrated, it helps with the headaches.

I used to work in a lab that handled this stuff. Always wear gloves and keep it refrigerated. Safety first, folks.

I think it's important to remember that everyone's body reacts differently. My sister had no issues, but my mom had to stop because of the side effects. Just stay vigilant and keep your doctor in the loop.

I've been on Procrit for a few months now, and honestly, the injections aren't as bad as I thought they'd be. I just rotate the injection sites and it's been fine. I've had a bit of muscle pain but nothing major.
