Saw this in the news — FlexyPe founder is filing a legal complaint after Zoho Books allegedly marked failed UPI payments as “paid”.

Zoho says “issue was not from Zoho Books”, but worth auditing if you run a small biz.

I checked mine: 2 mismatches from March. ₹4,200 total. Support ticket raised.

Indian founders/freelancers: What accounting software do you actually trust now? Tally? QuickBooks? Spreadsheets and prayer?

Maybe it’s time to look at other solutions like FreshBooks or Xero? Seems like Zoho can’t handle the competition.

As a freelancer, this is a nightmare. I hope Zoho fixes this ASAP. I'd hate to lose money like this.

Just went through my Zoho Books and found a couple of discrepancies from last month. Lucky I checked. Time to raise a ticket.

Zoho should really look into this. I knew the cloud was problematic, I'm sticking to my desktop version of QuickBooks.

I had no idea this was happening. Good thing I do a monthly audit. I feel sorry for those who don't.

I switched to Tally a few months ago and it's been smooth sailing. Maybe it's time to make the switch?

This is ridiculous. How can a major software like Zoho make such a blunder? I'm switching back to QuickBooks.
