I’ve been taking Sertraline 150mg capsules for about six months now, and while it has helped manage my OCD, I’ve experienced some unpleasant side effects. Initially, I had difficulty sleeping, and excessive sweating was a bit of a problem. However, I’m curious to know if others have faced similar issues or have tips on how to mitigate these side effects. The most alarming for me was the feeling of feeling dizzy and weak some days, which sometimes makes it hard to go about daily activities. Has anyone else experienced this and found a way to cope? This medication has been a lifesaver, but the weight gain is shocking. Does anyone else have any advice on how to manage this while on Sertraline?

I had a bad reaction to Sertraline and ended up with some really bad skin problems. I had to stop taking it right away and go to the hospital for this. I hope no one experiences this, it was scary.

I've been on Sertraline for a year now, and I've had some serious issues with sexual problems. Decreased interest in sex and difficulty having an orgasm have affected my relationship. It's tough, but I'm hoping it gets better with time.

I think Sertraline is a miracle drug. Yeah, it has some side effects, but honestly, it’s worth it for the relief it brings. I haven’t had any major problems, just some dizziness. If you guys ever feel like something is off, go to your doctor right away. It’s always better to be safe than sorry.

A few friends who’ve been on Sertraline and had success also commented on the effect on their sex life. I wonder if it’s worth the tradeoff. I'll need to think about it.

I get some of these side effects, but what really bothers me is the feeling of lethargy. It's like I'm constantly tired, even if I get enough sleep. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, is there anything you do to counteract it? It's really rough when it happens.
