I had a friend who felt really sick right after the injections. He's fine now, but it was a rough patch.
I've been on Signifor for about six months now, and it's been a game-changer for controlling my symptoms. The biggest side effect for me has been some stomach issues, but my doctor had me take some antacids along with it, which helped a lot. Just have to stay on top of your hydration and diet.
I'm on the same dosage, and it has helped me a lot, but it would be nice to hear about long-term effects from people who have been on it for years. Has anyone experienced any changes in weight or other long-term issues?

I had a really bad allergic reaction to this medication, but thankfully it was caught early. I switched to a different treatment and I'm doing much better, so pay close attention to any unusual symptoms.
I experienced some severe dizziness and had to be hospitalized. My doctor told me to go on Signifor, but I don't know what to do. Any advice?
The injection site can be a bit of a mystery to get right. I've found that rotating injection sites helps a lot with soreness and irritation. Also, using a cold compress right after can make a big difference.
