Sharing experiences with Padcev 30mg Inj, 1 Vial for bladder cancer treatment
I've been prescribed Padcev for my bladder cancer. It works by targeting the Nectin-4 protein on cancer cells and delivering a powerful anti-cancer drug directly into the cells. It has helped stop the cancer from growing, but I'm experiencing some side effects. It seems like a powerful medication, but I'm a bit anxious about the possibility of severe side effects like allergic reactions or lung problems. Anyone else on Padcev? Let's share our experiences and support each other!

I had my first infusion last week. The nurse informed me that there will be a lot of close monitoring due to the potential risks. I guess if it's working, it's worth it, right?
I'm on Padcev too, and so far, my experience has been pretty good. I did have some hair loss and dry skin, but nothing too severe that I couldn't manage with some home remedies. Just make sure to keep a close eye on those urgent side effects, and don't ignore any signs of a UTI or lung problems.
I've been on Padcev for a couple of months now and I must say it is uncomfortable and scary. I'm just hoping for the best. The fatigue and dry skin are manageable, but the constant worry about serious side effects is overwhelming. The constant fear of lung problems is a lot. But I am really really hoping it works.
This is a heavy duty drug! I don't have time for this side effects madness, so I actually stopped treatment. Be very careful, keep close watch, and be ready to deal with the adverse effects.
I am on Padcev. A couple of days ago I found blood in my urine. I’m freaking out, is anyone having the same issue? I called my doctor but haven’t heard back yet. I hope this is just a minor thing and not a sign of something worse. Staying positive but man, this is terrifying.
I've had the skin reaction on my palms and soles, got a different blistering rash. Had to go to ER but everything is fine. Just wanted to share with others going through it, do not panic, call your doctor and go to ER at same time because it's scary.
This medication is a game-changer. I've seen it work wonders for some patients, but it's true that the side effects can be tough. Make sure to drink lots of water and eat small, frequent meals to combat some of the common issues like nausea and fatigue. And if you notice anything like hives or severe coughing, call your doctor ASAP. This medication is not something you can mess around with.
I know this is a really intense treatment, but it's also a lifesaver. My dad was diagnosed with advanced bladder cancer, and Padcev has been a game-changer for him. He's had some side effects, but nothing life-threatening and nothing so bad that he would ever suggest not using it. It’s worth it, in my opinion. If someone doesn’t answer you about your blood, try your nurse, try the emergency room. Don’t stay in the dark if you are worried. Wishing the best for you and hoping that you can get some peace of mind soon.
