My doctor said the side effects are usually manageable. But honestly, I feel like I'm on an emotional roller coaster. One day I'm fine, the next, I'm struggling.

I had a really bad reaction to Purinethol. I ended up in the hospital with severe liver problems. If you start feeling really off, go to the ER immediately.
Be prepared for some serious fatigue and maybe even nausea. My doctor gave me some tips to help with those. Just take it one day at a time.
I’ve found that eating smaller, more frequent meals helps with the nausea and upset stomach. It’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference!
I had to stop taking Purinethol because of severe allergic reactions. It's not worth risking your life.
