I've been hearing a lot about Simpesse Tablets 91s, an extended-cycle birth control pill that only requires 4 periods a year. It's supposed to be a game-changer for period management. The pill contains ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel, which work to prevent ovulation, change cervical mucus, and alter the uterine lining to prevent pregnancy. However, I'm curious to know about the experiences of those who have tried it. Are the side effects manageable? Has anyone had issues with it? What benefits have you noticed? How does it compare to traditional birth control pills? And how does the extended cycle actually work on a day-to-day basis? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I tried Simpesse and had a similar experience with headaches. It was pretty intense, so I had to get off of it, but I’m glad I tried. I still get headaches from other meds and things I take, so I guess it just wasn't for me. If you are thinking about trying, I would definitely give it a shot - just be aware of what you are getting yourself into.

I've heard that Simpesse can cause some serious side effects, like liver problems and depression. Has anyone else had experience with any of these? I'm a bit worried about trying it because of these risks. It's definitely something to consider if you're thinking about switching to this pill.

I'm glad to see that some people are having good experiences with Simpesse. I've been considering it for a while, but I was worried about the side effects. It's good to hear that not everyone experiences the severe ones. My doctor recommended it because I have really intense periods, and it's just a pain to deal with all the time. I think I might give it a try soon, but I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for any serious side effects. Fingers crossed!

I've tried to switch to Simpesse but I couldn't get past the side effects. I did experience some severe headaches and mood swings, and I got quite worried, so I decided to go back to my previous pill. It's too bad because I really liked the idea of fewer periods. Maybe it just wasn't the right fit for me. Everyone's experience can be different, but I'm glad I gave it a try before dismissing it outright.

Just found this post while researching Simpesse. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now, and although I’ve noticed some weight gain, I’ve been managing it with exercise. Everyone’s experience is different, and it hasn’t been too much of a hassle. But damn, those side effects can be scary— definitely watch out for them.

I've been on Simpesse for about six months now, and I love it! Only having four periods a year is a lifesaver. I didn't experience any of the urgent side effects, but I did have some mild bloating and breast tenderness at first. It went away after a couple of months. I've also noticed that my periods are much lighter and less painful. I feel like I can finally live my life without the constant hassle of a monthly period. Highly recommend it!

I've been using Simpesse for a year now and have had a decent experience overall. I did have some spotting between periods at first, which was annoying, but it stopped after a few months. I've also noticed that I am more prone to getting migraines, which can be tough but I've learned to manage it. My OBGYN suggested I take some precautions and be extra diligent about avoiding triggers, and it's helped a lot.

For any of you using simpesse, you need a gym membership to deal with the bloating that comes with those pesky hormones, right? 😂

Interesting to hear that some people are having good experiences with Simpesse. I'm still on the fence about it. How do you guys deal with the fact that you only have periods 4 times a year? Healthwise, is it good? Any thoughts?
