I've been giving my 5yo Supress DM Pediatric Drops 30ml for his cough, and it seems to help. But I'm worried about the side effects, especially the serious ones. Has anyone else used this? I'd love to hear your experiences and thoughts. Thanks!

I used this for my kid last winter. It definitely helped with the cough, but I noticed he was a bit drowsy afterwards. Nothing too concerning, though.
I had a similar experience. My kid would sleep longer than usual after taking it. It wasn't a problem for us because he needed the rest.
I've used this for my kids and found it helpful, but I always keep an eye on them for any signs of unusual reactions. I've also read that some kids might get a bit hyper after taking it, so just be mindful of that as well.
I wish it came in a bigger bottle. I feel like we go through it so fast during cold and flu season.
Be very careful with dextromethorphan. It's an opioid and can be dangerous if not used properly. Always follow the dosage instructions.
Guaifenesin is great for loosening mucus, but dextromethorphan can be tricky. Always monitor your child closely for any adverse reactions, especially with young kids.
