I've been taking Tirosint 62.5mcg capsules for a few months now after switching from a different levothyroxine brand. I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. Has anyone else switched to Tirosint and noticed a difference? I'm curious to hear about other people's experiences, especially regarding side effects and how long it took to see improvements. Also, I'd love to know if anyone has tips on managing any side effects that might pop up.

I've been on Tirosint for a year now and I've noticed that my mood swings have stabilized a lot. I used to have severe mood swings due to my hypothyroidism, but since I started taking Tirosint, I've felt much more balanced. I did experience some mild stomach cramps at first, but my doctor adjusted my dosage and they went away. Also, I stopped taking it with food and that helped. Now, I feel like my energy levels are finally stable. Definitely worth switching.

What kind of side effects did you experience? I'm thinking about switching but I'm nervous about the potential side effects.

I think Tirosint has to be taken on an empty stomach. It's possible that any food interferes with absorption. My doctor told me to wait 4 hours before eating. I've not been able to do this, so I might just have an empty stomach.

I've been on Tirosint for a couple of months and I have to say, it's been a mixed bag. While my energy levels have improved, I've been experiencing some pretty bad muscle cramps and weakness. I'm starting to wonder if it's worth it. Anyone else deal with this?

I just started Tirosint last week and I'm already feeling better! My energy levels are up and I'm less fatigued. It's crazy how much of a difference this made.

Tirosint has been a lifesaver for me. I had been on other levothyroxine brands and they just didn't work for me. Tirosint has been different. I feel like my body can actually absorb it.. It's so frustrating when doctors don't take your concerns about thyroid medication seriously. Don't give up on finding the right treatment for you. Definitely worth fighting for.

I've heard that Tirosint is better absorbed than other levothyroxine brands. I'm curious if anyone has any data on this? Does anyone know if Tirosint is significantly different in this way?

I switched from Generic levothyroxin to Tirosint and the improvement was immediate. I also started to see the side effects, but I decided to stick with it for a while to see if they go away and they did.

I've been on Tirosint for about 6 months now and it's been a game-changer. I felt better within a couple of weeks, but it took about 3 months to really dial in the right dosage. I noticed hair loss at first, but my doctor assured me it was temporary and it stopped after a few months.
