Switching to Tirosint 62.5mcg Capsules for Hypothyroidism: Anyone Else Notice a Difference?

I've been on Tirosint for a year now and I've noticed that my mood swings have stabilized a lot. I used to have severe mood swings due to my hypothyroidism, but since I started taking Tirosint, I've felt much more balanced. I did experience some mild stomach cramps at first, but my doctor adjusted my dosage and they went away. Also, I stopped taking it with food and that helped. Now, I feel like my energy levels are finally stable. Definitely worth switching.

What kind of side effects did you experience? I'm thinking about switching but I'm nervous about the potential side effects.

I think Tirosint has to be taken on an empty stomach. It's possible that any food interferes with absorption. My doctor told me to wait 4 hours before eating. I've not been able to do this, so I might just have an empty stomach.
