Teflaro 400mg Inj 1 Vial is a potent antibiotic medication administered intravenously. It belongs to the cephalosporin class and is particularly effective against serious infections like skin infections and pneumonia, even those caused by resistant bacteria like MRSA. The injection contains 400mg of the active ingredient and is often prescribed when oral antibiotics are not effective. As with any powerful medication, there are potential side effects, some quite severe. If you or someone you know is about to start a course of Teflaro, you should be aware of the potential risks and benefits. Here, we can discuss our experiences, ask questions, and share useful information to help others make informed decisions.

My doctor prescribed Teflaro for a severe skin infection. The first dose did the trick to kill the bacteria, but I experienced some nausea and diarrhea. Not fun, but manageable. I'm just glad it worked.

Just got prescribed Teflaro for a severe case of pneumonia. Hoping it works. I mean, I really don’t want to end up in the hospital with MRSA.

Severe diarrhea can be a sign of C. diff. I had a friend who nearly died because they didn't catch it early enough. If you have loose, watery stools for more than a day or two, get to a doctor immediately.

I used Teflaro. It was great because it really knocked out the infection but ugh, the side effects were a nightmare. I couldn't eat anything and ended up all sick.

Curious about any long-term effects of Teflaro. I've heard mixed things. Has anyone had multiple courses of it and had any lasting issues?

Side effects are no joke. Make sure to report them to the FDA if you experience anything unusual.

I've had a really bad reaction to Teflaro before. I ended up with a severe allergic reaction that included hives and trouble breathing. Scary stuff. I had to go to the ER just to get the symptoms under control. I've stayed away from it ever since.
