After struggling with insomnia for months, my doctor prescribed Temazepam 30mg capsules. Initially, it worked wonders—I could fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through the night. However, after a few weeks, I started noticing some side effects that I wasn't expecting. I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences or if there are any tips for managing these side effects?

I've been feeling a bit groggy and dizziness the next morning, which has affected my work. Some days I wake up feeling like I did not even sleep. It's a bit troubling. Anyone else feeling this way?

I also wanted to know if anyone has had any serious side effects like memory loss or hallucinations, and if so, how did you handle it? I've read the warnings, but it's scary to think about the possibility. I'd appreciate any insights or advice.

I think the side effects are manageable, just try to take it a few hours before bed so you don't feel groggy in the morning. But yeah, if you feel anything serious, talk to your doctor.

I feel like the side effects are worth it for a good night's sleep. But I also take them maybe every other night to mitigate the effects.

I took Temazepam for a short time and it made me feel like a zombie. Lol. I decided to try other methods for better sleep.

I had some pretty intense hallucinations after taking Temazepam. I stopped taking it right away and talked to my doctor. It was scary, but I'm glad I did.
