I was recently prescribed Terconazole 80mg for a vaginal yeast infection and decided to share my experience with it. The medicine is designed to stop the growth of the yeast that causes the infection, and it seemed to work pretty well for me. However, I did experience some side effects which I'll talk about in this post. I hope this can help others who are considering or have been prescribed this medication.

Terconazole worked for me, but I had some irritation at the application site. It was uncomfortable, but it went away after a day or so. Just be prepared for that.

Just a heads-up, I had severe flu-like symptoms. I had to stop taking the medicaton and switched to a different treatment. It was miserable

I had a really bad experience with Terconazole. I woke up with a severe rash all over my body. I had to go to the ER, and they said it was an allergic reaction. Be careful!

I'm really surprised by the side effects some people are experiencing. I used it once and didn't have any issues. But I did hear about a friend who had a similar reaction to the one mentioned above. It's scary stuff.

Make sure you read the instructions carefully. I applied it wrong the first time and ended up with a mess. The second time was fine. Also, if you feel anything really weird, go to the doctor. Don't wait around.

I was really hesitant to use this because of all the side effects I read about. But my doctor assured me that they're rare, and I'm glad I trusted her advice.

I had to take it for a month, but it did the trick in 2 weeks. Do follow up with your doctor just in case you need to continue using it.
