I was recently prescribed Tiagabine 4mg Tablets for my epilepsy. I've heard a lot about the possible side effects, and I was wondering if anyone else has experience with this medication. What are some of the most common side effects you've seen? Have any of you had any of the more serious side effects like Stevens-Johnson syndrome or increased suicidal thoughts? How did you manage them?

I had to stop taking Tiagabine because it made me feel really confused and disoriented. It was terrifying. I had trouble speaking and walking, and my vision was all messed up. I had no idea it was a side effect.

It's important to monitor for serious side effects, but don't be too afraid. My symptoms were a bit scary at first, but they were mostly manageable.

I've heard that Tiagabine can increase the risk of suicidal thoughts. If you or someone else is experiencing this, please seek help right away.

I've been taking Tiagabine for a while, and I've had some issues with stomach pain and diarrhea. I just take them with food, and it helps. It's worth it for the seizure control, but it took some getting used to.

I've been on Tiagabine for about a year now, and it's been a game-changer for my partial seizures. I do experience some dizziness and fatigue, but it's manageable. I haven't had any serious side effects, but I know people who have.

I wish my doctor had told me more about the potential side effects. I had no idea it could cause such serious issues. Be sure to talk to your doctor about all the risks.

I was really nervous about the side effects, but I've been lucky so far. I just started taking it, so I'm still getting used to it, but I have been having trouble sleeping, which is a pain. My doctor told me to take it earlier in the day to help with this.

This medication has helped control my seizures, but I've had some really bad skin reactions. It was really scary, but I'm glad I caught it early enough to stop taking it.
