I've been prescribed Venlafaxine ER 150mg for my anxiety and it's been a mixed experience. The extended-release formula is quite convenient, as I only need to take it once a day. However, the side effects have been a bit challenging. I've experienced some dizziness and excessive sweating, which are listed as possible side effects. On the plus side, my anxiety levels have decreased significantly. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced similar side effects or has any tips on managing them. Also, I'm curious to know if anyone has experienced any of the more severe side effects listed or if they've found any ways to mitigate them. I want to know if I should be concerned about potential complications like serotonin syndrome or low sodium levels, especially since it can be life-threatening.

I've been on Venlafaxine ER for a year now and it's been great for my depression. The side effects were pretty mild for me—just some initial nausea and constipation. I've been trying to take it at night to help with the sleep issues.

I think it's important to remember that everyone's experience with medication is different. What works for one person might not work for another. Always consult your doctor if you're having serious side effects.

I'm surprised more people aren't talking about the sexual side effects. It's been a real issue for me, but I'm hesitant to bring it up with my doctor.

I had a really bad experience with Venlafaxine ER. I started getting severe headaches and my doctor found out I had low sodium levels. It was pretty scary, but once I stopped taking it, the symptoms disappeared. I had to switch to a different medication, but it was worth it for my health. I now have a regular sodium check-up and my doctor told me that’s a good idea after any medication change.

I've been on Venlafaxine ER for a few months and it's been a game-changer for my anxiety. The side effects were rough at first, but they've gotten much better. It's worth sticking it out if you're feeling better overall.

I switched to Venlafaxine ER from another antidepressant and the transition was pretty smooth. No major side effects for me, just some initial drowsiness that went away after a week. I was lucky

My doctor mentioned that serotonin syndrome is a risk, especially if you're taking other medications that affect serotonin levels. I had to stop taking St. John's Wort because of it.

I had some really strange dreams when I first started taking Venlafaxine ER. It was like my brain was trying to process a bunch of new information at once. But I'm past that point now and they have stopped. I was worried at first.

I've been on Venlafaxine ER for a few months now, and I can relate to the dizziness. It's really annoying, but my doctor suggested I take it with food. It helped a bit, but it was also temporary. I've also heard you can take Gingko Biloba to help with side effects.
