I've been on Wellbutrin SR 100mg for a few months now to treat my depression, and while it's helped with my mood, I've noticed some side effects that I'm not sure about. I was prescribed it because it's supposed to help with both depression and nicotine cravings, but I'm having a hard time figuring out if the benefits outweigh the downsides. I've read about some serious side effects, like seizures and high blood pressure, which has me a bit worried. Has anyone else had these issues? How did you handle them? Also, does anyone know if Wellbutrin can interact with other medications, like birth control or painkillers? I've been on hormonal birth control for years, and I'm not sure if I should be concerned about any interactions. Additionally, I'm curious about the long-term effects of this medication. Has anyone been on it for years and experienced any lasting side effects? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I had a terrible experience with Wellbutrin. I had hallucinations and seizures. I'm not sure if it was the medication or not, but I had to discontinue it. I'm just glad I'm okay now.

I've been on Wellbutrin for about a year now, and while it's helped with my depression, I've had some issues with vivid dreams and insomnia. I've also noticed some weight changes, but I've managed it by adjusting my diet and exercise routine. The most concerning side effect for me was the increased anxiety, but my doctor adjusted the dosage, and it's been much better since then. I've also found that it's helped a lot with my smoking cessation, as it was prescribed for that purpose.

Wellbutrin saved my life. I was on the edge and didn't know what to do. I've been on it for five years, and it's made a world of difference. I had some initial side effects, but they went away after a few weeks. It's worth the risk. But be careful with those seizures - they're rare but possible.

I haven't had any major side effects with Wellbutrin. I've been on it for a few months, and I'm feeling much better. It hasn't helped with my smoking cessation, but my doctor said it can take a while. I'm hopeful that it will help in the long run. I would like to know if anyone else has had success with using Wellbutrin for smoking cessation.

Just started Wellbutrin a few weeks ago and already feel more motivated to tackle daily tasks. Fingers crossed the side effects stay minimal!

I'm on Wellbutrin too, and I've had a similar experience with vivid dreams. It's like my brain is working overtime at night! But I've found that taking it in the morning helps a bit. Regarding interactions, I've been on birth control for years, and my doctor said it's generally safe to be on both. However, everyone's body is different, so it's always good to consult with a healthcare professional.

Wellbutrin has been a game-changer for me. It's like a fog lifted from my brain, and I can finally focus and be productive again. The side effects were manageable, and my doctor guided me through the process. The most significant change was the increased energy level, which helped me get out of bed in the morning.

I took Wellbutrin, and it did nothing for me. I gained weight and felt jittery. I'm not sure if it's worth the chance of side effects if it doesn't work for you. Be prepared to try different medications if the first one doesn't pan out.
