I've been prescribed Nutropin AQ Nuspin a few months ago, and while I've seen some positive changes, I'm starting to worry about the long-term effects of this medication. The possible side effects listed are quite alarming, especially the serious ones. Has anyone else had any concerning experiences with this drug? I've heard it can help with short stature in kids, but what about the side effects they might experience? I'm sure they are not fun for kids. I've also read Somali growth hormone treatment can have even more serious side effects. Are these true? Has anyone done some research on the long term effects from other places than just the official medical documentation?

I've heard that some people experience mood changes and depression. If you start feeling really down or notice any behavioral changes, talk to your doctor about it.

I had a friend whose parents thought this was magical growth stuff. It's not, it's actually really dangerous. My other friend had to get the ear drums punctured because of it, and some of the others got the injection spots messed up. I know this is an exaggeration but it really does happen.

I've been on Nutropin for a year now and haven't experienced any serious side effects. Just the usual fatigue and some muscle pain, but nothing I can't handle. Good luck with your treatment!

I've been on this for a while and I haven't had any serious side effects, but I did notice some hair loss. It's not too bad, but it's definitely noticeable. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else experiences this.

Be very careful with this stuff. My friend started using it and ended up with some serious allergic reactions. Hospital visits are not fun, especially when you've got to deal with all that medical debt. My advice is to watch out for any signs of allergic reactions and get help immediately if you do.

Just make sure you're not injecting too much or too little. That can cause a lot of problems. And if you do get side effects, don't just tough it out—go see a doctor. You never know what could happen.
