I think the side effects are worth it for the relief I get. But it's important to talk to your doctor about any concerns you have. They can help you manage them.
Be careful with this stuff. I took it for a while and ended up gaining a ton of weight and dealing with insomnia. Not worth it for me.
I wish I could just take a pill and never have to worry about panic attacks again, but it's not that simple. I think therapy should be part of the treatment plan too.
