I've been on Zituvimet XR for a few months now, and I've noticed some significant changes in my blood sugar levels. The combination of sitagliptin and metformin seems to be working well for me, as my A1C levels have dropped from 8.5 to 7.2. However, I've experienced some side effects like stomach pain and diarrhea, which have been manageable. I'm curious to hear from others who are taking this medication. Have any of you had similar experiences, or perhaps different side effects? It's essential to share our experiences to help others make informed decisions about their treatment.

I've read about the potential side effects, and it's scary stuff. Anyone else worried about things like heart failure or lactic acidoses?

I've been taking Zituvimet XR for about a year now, and I've had great results. Mine is the 500mg dose. There have been some minor side effects like gas and bloating but honestly? It's worth it to see my blood sugar levels drop and stay within a normal range. I'd recommend talking to your doctor about it if you're struggling with type 2 diabetes management.

I'm glad to hear that Zituvimet XR is working for some of you. I've had mixed results. The biggest struggle has been nausea, so I've had to miss doses. It's frustrating because, otherwise, I really like how well it controls my blood sugar. Spoke with my doctor and we're working on that issue.

I had to switch to a different medication because of severe vomiting and diarrhea. It was really rough on me. It may be a great option for others, but it just didn't agree with my system. It's important to remember that everyone's body reacts differently to medications.

I started Zituvimet XR last month on my endocrinologist's recommendation. After a week or so I noticed I was feeling a bit lightheaded every evening. I was taking it with dinner, but I started taking it with an earlier snack instead and that helped. Otherwise, I don't have many side effects, and my blood sugar control is much better. It's nice not having to take multiple different medications.

I've been on Zituvimet XR for about six months, and it's been a game-changer for me. I was on metformin alone before, but adding sitagliptin has made a big difference in my blood sugar control. I did experience some stomach discomfort at first, but it subsided after a few weeks. The biggest advice I can give is to take it with a meal, as suggested, to minimize side effects
