I've been on Thyroid (Armour) 4gr (240mg) Tabs for a few months now, and I'm noticing some hair loss. I've been taking Premarin 0.3mg for about 6 months in regards to hot flashes and vaginal dryness. The hot flashes went away and vaginal lubrication returned but I've noticed pronounced hair loss. It's only been a few months and I want to know if this is a normal side effect or is it worth speaking to my doctor about switching medications? I've been reading that hair loss is a possible side effect but I didn’t know if this much hair loss was normal.
