I recently started taking Propecia 1mg tablets to combat my male pattern hair loss. I've heard mixed things about the side effects and wanted to see if anyone else has experience with it. I know there are some severe side effects to watch out for, but I'm more curious about the everyday experiences. Has anyone noticed improvements in their hair? What did it take to notice these improvements? My doctor said it takes a while to see the effects and I might even go through a shedding phase first. I'm also worried about the side effects, especially the sexual ones that can last even after stopping the medication. Has anyone experienced these? Any tips for managing them? Or should I just wait and see what happens? Even small improvements or additional side effects information would be helpful to be prepared.

I've been on Thyroid (Armour) 4gr (240mg) Tabs for a few months now, and I'm noticing some hair loss. The side effects say this could be temporary, but I'm wondering if anyone else has dealt with this. How long did it take for your hair to grow back? Also, has anyone experienced any other unusual side effects?

I've been taking Premarin 0.3mg for about 6 months in regards to hot flashes and vaginal dryness. The hot flashes went away and vaginal lubrication returned but I've noticed pronounced hair loss. It's only been a few months and I want to know if this is a normal side effect or is it worth speaking to my doctor about switching medications? I've been reading that hair loss is a possible side effect but I didn’t know if this much hair loss was normal. I'm hoping to hear some similar experiences and/or some good advice from other women who may have gone through this.
