I recently had a root canal, and my dentist used Sensorcaine-Mpf 0.25%/epi Inj, 10ml for the local anesthetic. It worked great, but I’m curious about others' experiences with this medication. What were the side effects like? Did anyone experience any of the serious side effects listed? I’m also wondering how common it is for this to be used in dental procedures versus surgeries. My dentist mentioned it helps with bleeding, but I’m curious if others have found that to be true. Any insights or personal stories would be much appreciated!

I'm scheduled for some dental work and my dentist recommended Lidocaine 2% Injection, 5ml. I've never had a local anesthetic like this before. I'm a bit nervous, so I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with this? How does it feel? Does it hurt to get the injection? And how long does the numbing effect last? This drug seems to have some serious side effects that are worrying me. Anyone know about that and what to do?
