Anaspaz 0.125mg Tablets: Has anyone experienced severe side effects with this medication?
I was prescribed Anaspaz 0.125mg Tablets for my irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and have been taking them for a couple of weeks. Initially, I thought it was helping, but now I'm experiencing some alarming symptoms like dizziness and headaches - which I've heard can be pretty common, but I have concerns about the long-term effects, and I need some advice. I've read that it can also cause severe allergic reactions, and that is obviously concerning. Anyone else had similar issues? I'm thinking about calling my doctor to discuss it. What should I ask?

Anaspaz helped me a lot with my bladder spasms, but I did experience some constipation. Just make sure you stay hydrated and it should be fine.
I've been on Anaspaz for a while and haven't had any severe side effects, just some dry mouth and occasional dizziness. I'd definitely call your doctor and mention the symptoms you're experiencing.
I had a bad reaction to Anaspaz - ended up with a crazy rash all over my body. Stopped taking it right away and the rash went away. Definitely worth a call to the doctor.
Side effects are a pain. I got fatigue and weakness. Not fun. Makes me dread having to take it but I need it.
I switched to a different medication because of the side effects. I was getting really confused and it was scary. Maybe talk to your doctor about other options?
