I was just prescribed Reclast (zoledronic acid) 5mg/100ml IV injection for my osteoporosis. I've heard it's given once a year and can help strengthen bones. Has anyone else used it? I'm curious about the infusion process and any side effects you might have experienced. Did you notice any improvements in your bone health? Also, how did you handle the potential side effects? Any tips or anecdotes would be great!

Who thought that something in an IV could cause so much trouble? Not me, that's for sure. But it's better than breaking a hip, right? Stay strong, everyone!

I was terrified of the IV but it was a piece of cake. The nurse was super gentle, and the whole thing was over before I knew it. Good luck! You got this!

I had a weird sensation in my mouth and throat after the infusion. My doctor assured me it was normal. Just make sure to let your doctor know everything you experience. Being a good communicator helped me a lot.

Just remember, everyone’s experience is different. Some people have no side effects, others have a tough time. Stay positive and listen to your body. You'll be fine!
