Paroxetine 40mg Tablets: My Experience with Side Effects and Effectiveness
I was recently prescribed Paroxetine 40mg Tablets for my anxiety and I've been on it for about a month now. I've noticed some improvements in my mood and energy levels, but I've also experienced some side effects that I didn't expect. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I've been dealing with dizziness and sweating, which can be pretty uncomfortable. Also, I'm curious how long it typically takes for the side effects to lessen? Do they just go away, or is there something I can do to manage them? How effective has Paroxetine been for others dealing with anxiety and PTSD? I feel like it's helping but I could use some guidance.

I wish I could say the same. I've been on this for two months and I just feel numb. I miss my old self, and it sucks!
I had to stop taking Paroxetine because the side effects were too much for me. I was constantly dizzy and felt like crap. Maybe it's worth talking to your doctor about alternative medications. Everyone's body is different, and what works for one person might not work for another.
Paroxetine kicked my anxiety's ass, yes it wasn't a walk in the park at first, but I had to remember all my doctor told me. Stay strong!
Paroxetine has been a game-changer for my anxiety and depression. It took a few weeks to kick in, but now I feel like a new person. As for the side effects, I just took it easy for the first month and now they're almost non-existent.
I was on Paroxetine for a while and it worked wonders for my OCD. Side effects were rough at first, but they faded after a couple of weeks. Stick with it, and if it gets too bad, talk to your doctor. They might be able to adjust the dosage.
I've heard that exercise can help manage some of the side effects. Maybe try incorporating a bit of physical activity into your routine if you can. It might help with the dizziness and overall mood.
I've had a similar experience with the sweating. It's been a bit annoying, but my doctor said it's a common side effect and should subside over time. Just make sure to stay hydrated and monitor any other symptoms.
I've been on this medication for years and the side effects are pretty much gone now. It's been a lifesaver for my PTSD. Just give it time and keep in touch with your doctor.
I've been on Paroxetine for a few months and the dizziness did go away after a while. Hang in there, it gets better. I also found that drinking plenty of water helped with some of the other side effects.
I switched to a different SSRI because Paroxetine made me feel awful. Don't be afraid to advocate for yourself and tell your doctor if it's not working out. Your health is important.
