I have been prescribed Gilotrif 30mg Tablets to treat my stage IV lung cancer. Afatinib has shown promise in targeting specific proteins (EGFR, HER2, HER4) that help cancer cells grow. By blocking these proteins, it's hoped that the drug can slow or stop the cancer's growth. However, I'm already experiencing some side effects and I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through this.
