I have been taking Integra Capsules for a few weeks now to combat my iron deficiency, and while I've felt more energized, I've been experiencing some stomach issues. Has anyone else had similar experiences? Are the gastrointestinal symptoms like constipation and stomach pain common? I've also noticed my stool color has changed to green. Is this normal, or should I be concerned? I've heard about the serious side effects, such as allergic reactions and bloody stools, and I'm hoping to avoid those at all costs. Anyone have any tips on managing these side effects?

I was prescribed Icar-C Tablets to treat my iron deficiency anemia and was doing well until I recently started experiencing some side effects, including severe stomach cramps and a change in stool color. I checked the leaflet and saw that these could be side effects, but I'm still concerned. Has anyone else experienced any of these side effects, and if so, what did you do? Or am I imagining things? Also, what are your thoughts on the safety of this drug? I'd appreciate any insights or advice you might have. Thanks!
