I've recently been prescribed Nifedipine 60mg ER (XL/OS) Tablet for hypertension. I'm curious to hear from others who have taken this medication. How effective was it for you in lowering your blood pressure? Did you experience any side effects? I've heard it can cause swelling in the ankles and feet, is that true? Additionally, I'd love to know if anyone has successfully managed their blood pressure with just this medication or if it's typically used in conjunction with others.
