Warning: My Retin-A Micro 0.1% Gel experience was... Intense.

I started using Retin-A Micro 0.1% Gel about a month ago on the advice of my dermatologist. I was hopeful that it would help clear up my acne and reduce some fine lines. The application process was straightforward—just a pea-sized amount on my face once a day before bed. However, the side effects were more intense than I expected. I experienced a lot of burning and stinging, especially in the first two weeks. My skin was dry, red, and flaky, which made it difficult to go out in public sometimes. I was also surprised by how sensitive my skin became to sunlight; even a short walk outside left me feeling like my face was on fire. I had to wear sunscreen constantly and avoid direct sunlight as much as possible. I stuck with it because my dermatologist assured me that these side effects are common and should subside, but it was tough to deal with.

Has anyone tried Retin-A Micro 0.08% Gel Pump for acne? What are your experiences and tips?

I've been struggling with acne for years and recently tried Retin-A Micro 0.08% Gel Pump as recommended by my dermatologist. It's amazing how effective it is at clearing up my skin by promoting new cell growth and reducing inflammation. However, I've noticed some side effects such as dryness and redness. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced these issues and if there are any tips for managing them. I've heard that using a gentle moisturizer can help, but I'm open to other suggestions. Also, how long did it take for you to see results? I'm curious about everyone's experience and any advice you might have for first-time users.

Share your experiences with Retin-A 0.025% Gel! How has it helped or hindered your acne journey?

I've been using Retin-A 0.025% Gel for about a month now, and I'm noticing some improvements in my acne, but the initial purge was brutal. Has anyone else experienced this? Also, how do you all deal with the dryness and irritation? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated! I'm curious to hear about everyone's experiences with this medication. I've heard it can also help with fine wrinkles and rough skin, so I'm hoping to see some anti-aging benefits as well. But for now, I'm just trying to get through the first few months without losing my mind from the dryness and irritation.
